Water - the hidden depths of an intuitive tool!

Water has been making headlines for some time here in Britain. Not so long ago, many of the southern counties were formally designated as drought zones where hosepipe bans were in place and looked as though they would become restrictions we would have to deal with for months, if not years, to come. But, my oh my, how that has changed!
Since May we have experienced some of the wettest weather since Noah set sail. No-one is thinking about hose pipes - instead, it's all hands to the buckets to start bailing out the ever-rising flood waters. That's right, this past weekend torrential downpours have led to severe flood conditions in many parts of the country.
