These terms and conditions were last updated on 1 September 2007 and replace all previous terms and conditions for the Alan Bridges site.
From time to time Alan Bridges may run competitions, free prize draws, promotions and surveys on the Alan Bridges site. These are subject to additional terms and conditions that will be made available at the time they are run.

1. Application of Terms of Use
These Terms apply to everyone who accesses or uses this site. By clicking on the words "I agree" or continuing to access this site, you agree to accept and be bound by these Terms. You should read these Terms carefully, and we recommend that you print a copy for your own records. If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms, you may not access or use this site.
2. Technical Requirements
The Alan Bridges site is best viewed using the Internet browsers IE5 or Netscape 6 (or later versions). Any older browser versions may work but users could have limited browsing experience.
3. Contract Formation and Governing Law
Your request is an offer to purchase Services which we can accept or refuse at our discretion. No legally binding agreement will exist between you and Alan Bridges until we accept your offer by sending an email to the email address you provided in the contact process. The Contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom. English law will apply to the Contract and the English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
Alan Bridges will try to process your request promptly but does not guarantee that the Paid For Services will be available to you by any special time.
4. Restrictions on Under-Age Use
This site is strictly for use by people aged 18 and over. If you are aged below 18 you may not access or use the site and you must exit the site immediately.
5. Registration and Information Provided By You
You agree to provide such information about yourself as prompted by the site's contact form and ensure that any information you provide to us about yourself is at all times true, current, accurate and complete. If it is not or we reasonably suspect it is not true, current, accurate and complete then we shall be entitled to terminate the Contract or suspend the Services until such time as we determine.
6. Price, Refunds and Cancellations
All prices are correct at the time of display online. Alan Bridges will charge you in British Pounds Sterling. You may also have to pay any applicable local taxes. The price will be confirmed at the time you request us to provide any of the Services. Price information (including information about special offers) is subject to change without notice.
The price is payable in advance.
Refunds will be given at the discretion of Alan Bridges. Refunds for goods and services purchased under a promotional offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price. Your statutory rights are not affected.
In the event of a cancellation on your part or a failure to contact Alan Bridges at the time agreed for a telephone reading, Alan Bridges reserves the right to retain at his discretion all or part of the payment made by you.
7. Privacy
All information received by you from your use of the Alan Bridges site will be used by Alan Bridges in accordance with our Privacy Policy Statement.
8. Reservation of Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the design, content and arrangement of this site, its text and graphics, all software compilations or underlying source code, and all other material on this site are reserved to Alan Bridges, his affiliates or his content and/or technology providers.
